A Fitness Trainer with an overall experience of 6 years and 1.5 yrs of Personal Training experience across Functional Training, Body Building, Weight Training and Body Weight Exercises. Having worked with clients in individual one-to-one sessions as well as group sessions, my focus as a trainer has always be on overall fitness including physical well-being, diet and mental motivation.
